Thank you for shopping with Prime Heal! We strive to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Where We Ship
We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
At this time, we do not ship internationally. International shipping will be available in the near future.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (most orders ship within 24 hours).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

*Delivery times are calculated after your order leaves our warehouse in Lakewood, Colorado, and do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
4. Free Shipping
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before tax).
5. Shipping Carrier
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected at our discretion based on the best service for your location.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly from that email or by logging into your Prime Heal account.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days of the reported delivery date.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If a package is lost in transit (before delivery), we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a free replacement or full refund.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship an order.
9. Signature Requirement
For high-value orders (over $300), we may require an adult signature upon delivery for security.
