Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout for faster delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time on business days are often shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking link in that email to see the status of your package. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to view your order history and tracking.
My package says delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office to see if the package was misdelivered or held. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information, and we will do our best to help.

Can I take more than one Prime Heal product at the same time?

Are Prime Heal supplements safe?

What should I do if I experience side effects?

Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Returns must meet the conditions listed in our Refund Policy.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please email us at info@tryprimeheal.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and provide next steps if your return is approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a product because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item because of our error, we will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to view your order history, track orders, and manage your information.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the sign-up form on our website. To unsubscribe, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
