Payment Policy – Prime Heal

At Prime Heal, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. Please take a moment to review our payment policy below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

2. Currency

All prices on tryprimeheal.com are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Transactions will be processed in USD.

3. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).

  • Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.

4. Order Authorization

When you place an order, we will temporarily authorize the total amount on your card to confirm sufficient funds and card validity. This authorization is not a charge and will be released if the order is not completed. The actual charge occurs only when your order is processed and shipped (or immediately for digital/downloadable products).

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • You will be notified immediately at checkout.

  • We will attempt to contact you using the email provided (info@tryprimeheal.com will appear as the sender).

  • Orders with failed payments are automatically cancelled after 24 hours unless payment is successfully completed.

7. Price Accuracy

We work hard to ensure all prices are accurate. In the rare event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, even if the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund immediately.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address in accordance with Colorado and U.S. state tax laws.

9. Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards to protect your payment information. We never sell or share your payment details with third parties except as required to process your order or comply with the law.
