We want you to be completely satisfied with your Prime Heal purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Unopened and unused

In original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact

In the same condition as received (not damaged, altered, or washed)
Non-returnable items:

Opened supplements, vitamins, or consumable products (for health and hygiene reasons)

Personal care items that have been opened or used (e.g., topical creams, oils that have broken seals)

Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events

Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@tryprimeheal.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll reply within 12–24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. domestic returns only).

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier location provided.
4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is completed.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or card issuer).
5. Refund Amount

Full refund (including original shipping cost) if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective).

Full refund of the product price (original shipping cost is non-refundable) for regular customer returns.

Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns within the U.S.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) — your choice.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct product (you’ll get free return shipping on the original item).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@tryprimeheal.com with your order number.
